Pumps from Panner

Select from an array of metering pumps from LMI and Alldos.
Pneumatic and electric drum pump motors are available here.
Panner offers mag drive pumps.

The selection of pumps for corrosive service is a challenge. As a dynamic piece of machinery, pumps are more susceptible to corrosion than static equipment. The effect of corrosives on materials is usually accelerated under stress. In addition, swelling, pitting, and softening of pump materials, all symptoms of chemical attack, tend to change tolerances, modify physical properties and contribute to accelerated wear.

The pumps that we offer are specifically designed for corrosive services. Most offer the type of construction where no metals come in contact with the pumped liquid. In the following pages you will be able to observe Centrifugal pumps in horizontal and vertical designs, diaphragm pumps for transfer and metering applications, as well as special purpose pumps, all in a wide choice of materials and configurations.

Centrifugal-Horizontal.

Magnetically driven and mechanical seal designs in PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, and other corrosion resistant materials. Capacities to 1,500 GPM, heads to 270 feet. Selection includes ANSI designs and self priming pumps.

Centrifugal-Vertical

Heavy-duty vertical sump pumps with column lengths to 20 feet. All Plastic construction with fully sleeved stainless shafts. Available in traditional designs as well as cantilevered shaft design. Capacities to 1,000 GPM, heads to 190 feet. PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, metal alloys.

Rotary-Flexible liner

Self priming and seal-less. Capacities to 2,400 GPH, pressures to 40 PSI. Excellent for slurries, corrosive, and abrasive service. Electric or pneumatic drives. Constructed from Polypropylene, Teflon, Rulon, and stainless bodies with choice of elastomer liners.

Metering Pumps

Motor and solenoid operated & electronically controlled chemical metering pumps. Choice of diaphragm or piston designs, mechanical or hydraulic drives. PVC, Acrylic, Polypropylene, Teflon and stainless steel construction. Capacities to 475 GPH per head, Pressures to 3,000 PSI.
