The Series 9 LMI Pump features adjustable pressure control that allows for pressure calibration to your system. User selectable control feature include manual settings that allow you to set the stroke rate from 1 to 100 strokes per minute - or strokes per hour, allowing for extreme output flexibility. The external mode select allows you to select from three external control modes: pulse divide, which divides pump output using incoming pulses from 1 to 999; pulse multiply, which multiplies pump output using incoming pulses from 1 to 999; and 4-20mA.

PVDF or PVC/Tefzel/Ceramic wet end suitable for Chlorine, Sodium Bisulfate, many acids (not hydrofluosilicic), alkalis, caustic or potassium permanganate. Viscosity up to 500 CPS. Discharge tubing Size 1=1/4"; Size 2=3/8"; Size 3=1/2".

These pumps have the same features as our A, B & C Series LiquiPro Pumps with the added benefit of an acrylic see-through head. This allows you to see whether or not the pump is actually pumping.

LMI 12 VDC Metering Pumps
  • Operate off of any 12 VDC automobile battery
The same great features of LMI's premium line of liquid metering pumps in a 12-Volt DC powered unit. Great for remote lift stations, lagoons and other applications that require metering of small amounts of chlorine, sodium bisulfate, odor control chemicals and many other such chemicals (ask if not mentioned above). These units have low power consumption and only draw 1.6 amp average or 19 watts at maximum speed. A typical 70 amp-hour battery will operate the pump approximately 24 hours at maximum speed. Each unit comes equipped with suction and discharge tubing, foot valve, suction valve and three-function valve. For chlorine applications, specify a bleed 4-function valve for continuous bleed capability.

LMI P0 and P1 Series Pumps

Light Duty/Commercial

Cost effective and efficient! The P0 and P1 Series electronic pumps are well-suited for simple, low-cost applications. The LMI P0 Series has a fixed speed. Volume is adjusted by varying only the stroke length from 0-100%. The recommended minimum setting is 30% for the P02 and P03, and 20% for the P04, P05, and P06.

The LMI P1 provides manual adjustment of both stroke and speed for 0-100%. 30% is the minimum setting recommended for the P12 and P13 and 20% for the P14, P15, and P16.

Acrylic/Polypropylene/Teflon/stainless steel wet end suitable for polymers and flocculents. Viscosity handling capability to 30,000cps. Discharge tubing: Size 1=1/4"; Size 2=3/8"; Size 3=1/2".

LMI Model "GB" Metering Pumps
  • From the leader in high capacity chemical feed pumps.
The GB series pumps feature a mechanically actuated design which eliminates contour plates. Utilizes standard 56C frame with no special motor required. Rugged construction, aluminum housing, ductile iron gears and anti-friction ball bearing design. Accuracy +/-2% between 10% and 100% of rated flow. Lockable micrometer stroke adjustment can be adjusted while pump is running or stopped. Oil bath lubrication for all drive components. Standard pump includes 3/4 HP, TEFC, 56C frame motor and 1/2" female NPT fittings. 10:1 turndown ration on the manual pump.

These pumps can be purchased with a variable speed control with 4-20 mA follower to allow you to operate your pump with a 4-20 mA signal with a 100:1 turndown ration. The 4-20 mA controller also provides the ability to control the pump with an external sensor. The variable speed drive must be ordered at the time of pump purchase and will be factory installed.
PVC/Teflon/viton wet end suitable for many acids (not hydrofluosilicic), alkalis, chlorine, caustics, or potassium permanganate. 316 SS wet end for use with polymers and flocculants.

*NOTE: Pressure relief valves are recommended for all motor driven pumps. These pressure relief valves operate when the pressure in the chemical system exceeds the preset pressure of the valve. The diaphragm is held against the valve seat by an internal spring. When the preset pressure is exceeded, the diaphragm is forced up and the chemical flows out the relief port, back to the chemical tank or to the suction side of the pump. The valves are preset for 50 psi. However, they are field adjustable from 0-150 psi higher than system pressure. The relief valve should be set 15 psi higher than the system pressure. Installation should be made as close as possible, without any valves or accessories between the relief valve and the pump.
LMI Series L Pumps

Large sized 1/4 HP motor driven pump for constant flow rate applications which require manual control. Designed rugged and durable with chemically resistant fiberglass reinforced polypropylene housing for high pressure, high output performance. Versatile motor mounting allows for different motor HP and voltage options. 115V is standard with 230/460V, 3 phase available. PVC/PVDF Teflon and ceramic wet end suitable for many acids, alkalis, chlorine, phosphate. Not suitable for hydrofluosilicic acid or polymers and flocculants. Injection check valve and foot valve with strainer are optional. Pressure relief valve optional and highly recommended. 9:1 turndown ratio.

Feed Pump Flow Monitor

Chlorine feed pumps, especially those with low flow rates, can fail to pump for a number of reasons: running out of solution, debris in feed pump lines, worn valve seats, and gas build-up in the head are universal problems. Any one of these situations can result in your pump running but not injecting the desired level of chlorine into your water line. We can't clear the dirt out of your lines but we can provide a way for you to be notified via alarm or auto dialer that your pump is not working properly.

The LMI Digi-Pulse Flow Monitor mounts on top of your Series 9 4-Function Valve and plugs into a receptacle on the front of the pump. Set the flow range at which you want the transmitter's feed switch to open to indicate abnormally low flow. Connect transmitter switch to any auto dialer or alarm circuit. Max stroke rate 100/minute, 0.05 - 5.0 ml/stroke range, 150 psi, UHMW-PE body, up to 25 GPH (600 GPD).
