Dosing Pumps for a wide range of applications...

Dosing is precision work...

ALLDOS provides a wide range of electrically-driven diaphragm metering pumps and hydraulic piston diaphragm metering pumps with many different specifications for the exact dosing of large or small quantities, for continuous dosing operations or for incorporation into process control systems. The range covers sensitive applications or rugged everyday operation.

the M 205

Diaphragm metering pump M 205

The most striking feature of this series is the exceptionally low noise level of only 45 dB. It is the first choice for use in laboratory and building installations. Additional features include exact setting of the output and an automatic deaerating dosing head.

The M 205 pump range is available with different electronic versions. The microprocessor-based electronics permit problem-free incorporation into all common control systems.

the 221

Diaphragm metering pump
Primus 221 / M 226

The two diaphragm metering pumps of the Primus range operate with an electric drive and precise, mechanical movement of the diaphragm. Modern equipment such as an inductive dosing controller or opto-electronic diaphragm monitoring guarantee continuous control of the dosing procedure.

The new Primus 221 diaphragm metering pump is available with separate or attached electronics for more flexible use. It's dual stage empty indication is unique to the ALLDOS Primus 221. Our new Etron electronics combine control modes and functions in one system.

The M 226 series with aluminum housing is available as a single-head or double-head pump and is characterized by a particularly high dosing capacity. It can be fitted with an electric drive or a frequency-controlled motor.

the M 220

Piston diaphragm metering pump
KM 250 / KM 280

This extremely robust series of dosing pumps is characterized by a wide capacity range. Three drive sizes are available as well as versions with a single or double dosing head.

In addition to universally-resistant diaphragms made completely of Teflon, all models also include the patented ALLDOS diaphragm protection system AMS and particularly fine setting of the capacity on a vernier scale. Numerous options are also available, for example an electric or pneumatic drive, a frequency-controlled motor control, special dosing heads or a double diaphragm system with signalling of diaphragm breakage. The high dosing accuracy of better than 99% and the completely modular design make this series the preferred choice for complex tasks and for integration in automatic processes.

High-capacity metering pump
HKM 270

This series is a range of high-quality piston diaphragm pumps for process engineering applications requiring exact supply of large volumes of liquid. The drive unit can be equipped with up to four dosing heads.

The integrated overpressure valve and the degassing valve for the hydraulic medium make a significant contribution to maximum functional reliability and dosing accuracy.

Ball valves, double ball valves, diaphragm valves and disk valves are available for matching to the various requirements.

The dosing characteristic of this series has a sinusoidal response for the capacity at any setting of the dosing rate.
